Predictions: Who is likely to win Masters Madrid?
Sentinels are the favourites to win VCT Masters Madrid. They have been in excellent form winning the Americas Kickoff and have a strong and talented roster.
However, other teams like LOUD, EDward Gaming, and Paper Rex are also expected to put up a tough fight. LOUD has shown consistency since its championship win in 2022, while EDG topped the China Kickoff and exhibited impressive strategic gameplay.
Paper Rex also has strong feats such as their runner-up position in VCT 2023 and their placement in the Kickoffs. While Sentinels are the frontrunners, the outcome of the tournament will depend on the teams' performances and the dynamics of each match.
Players to look out for in the VCT Masters Madrid
There are tons of great players in the VCT Masters Madrid to keep an eye out for when making a VCT prediction. These players might be the make or break factors in Masters Madrid betting odds:
Zekken
Zachary ‘zekken’ Patrone is a Sentinels player to watch out for. He has shown his ability to play different roles within the team, making him a valuable asset as a flexible duelist. Zekken's role shift to lead Duelist for Sentinels has greatly benefited the team as he consistently delivers impactful performances. With focused aim and a deep understanding of the game, Zekken poses a challenge for opponents in VCT Masters Madrid.
TenZ
Tyson ‘TenZ’ Ngo, also representing the Sentinels, is a player who has made a name for himself in the Valorant scene. He is best known for his accurate gunplay. In VCT 2024, his preferred agent is Omen. This allows him to play both aggressively and passively, adapting to the needs of the team.
TenZ has recently taken on a more flexible role within his squad, stepping away from his typical Duelist position. This transition has had a significant impact on Sentinels' success in VCT Americas 2024, where they emerged as champions.
ZmjjKK
Zheng ‘ZmjjKK’ Yongkang is EDG’s main duelist. He is known for his amazing Jett plays and mechanical skills. While primarily playing as a duelist, ZmjjKK has also taken on the role of KAY/O, an initiator, in recent VCT CN matches.
His versatility and ability to adapt to different Agents and playstyles make him a strong contender. ZmjjKK gained attention during VCT Masters Tokyo and has continued to impress, leading EDward Gaming to victory in the China Kickoff event.
Boo
Ričardas ‘Boo’ Lukačevičius is the in-game leader and primary Controller for Team Heretics. Boo plays Agents like Omen, Astra, and Viper, but has also taken on the role of a Duelist in the past.
