PUBG popular betting markets

One of the reasons why esports punters love to bet on PUBG is because the game offers various betting markets to choose from. With PUBG’s wide selection of betting markets, wagering on the game is made more fun and exciting.

Some of the popular PUBG betting markets you can consider include:

• Match winner bets → If you are confident about knowing which team will win the map, placing match winner bets is for you. This market involves betting on the team you believe will win the match or a certain map.
• Outrights → Outrights betting means wagering on the overall winner of the PUBG tournament rather than on individual matches or maps. Outright bets often allow punters to either place their bets before the match or while it’s progressing.
• Most kills → As the name suggests, this market involves betting on the team or player you think will have the most kills in a certain match. In this type of betting, you are not wagering on the outcome of the match or tournament but instead on the performance of a certain team or player.

A renowned betting platform will also offer different payment methods including crypto betting options for hassle-free and secure transactions.

Research

Another crucial tip when betting is to research. The game consists of various PUBG competitive roles, notable teams, and players you should consider to place wise bets. To know which teams are the best and which players have a good gameplay record, research is key.

Watch the games

An effective way to learn about the ins and outs of PUBG and which teams are doing well is by watching the games. You can either watch live streams of the tournaments on YouTube and Twitch or listen closely to the commentators to know how the game is going and which team has the upper hand.

Play PUBG

One of the most effective ways to bet effectively on PUBG is to play the game. If you don’t know how the game is played and the common terms used, you won’t understand what is happening during an esports match. This makes it difficult for you to choose the right markets and place the best wagers.

Set a budget

PUBG esports betting is fun which is why it’s crucial to set a budget to avoid overspending. When you set a budget, you’ll be able to manage your bankroll better and have a worthwhile betting experience. With a budget in place, you can lessen the risk you take while maximising your chances of winning.

How to play competitive PUBG?

To have the best PUBG betting session, learning how to play the game first is crucial. When you know how to play the game, you’ll know the best strategies to win the game which will give you an upper hand against other punters. To start playing PUBG, here are some factors to keep in mind:

Loot only what you need

In PUBG, there is an abundance of weaponry and ammo available. All of these items are important when looting. However, PUBG has limited inventory so it’s crucial to know which ammo or weapon you need the most.

If you only loot weapons with the same damage, there won't be any room for essentials like bandages, med packs, or extra inventory space for better weapons you'll find along the way.

Watch out for your health

In most battle royale games, players often become too focused on looting and forget to watch out for their health. As much as possible, always keep an eye out for your health and heal when needed. This will help you stay alive much longer and become harder to kill when your health bar is full in case of an ambush.

Know when to fight or flight

One of the best strategies when playing PUBG is to know whether you should fight or flight. If you think that you are unnumbered and the other team has better weapons, it’s better to take flight rather than die and waste your efforts.

On the other hand, go in for a fight and loot more items if you feel like you have a huge chance of winning the game. Knowing when to take flight or fight will help you a lot in determining which team is the underdog and favourite.
