Aim to get 21 to obtain large wins when you play against the dealer in Power Blackjack! Start dominating the table by spending a minimum amount of US$1 to a maximum amount of US$25,000.
In Power Blackjack, your goal is to beat the dealer by achieving a higher card count than the dealer without going over 21. This variant of blackjack is played with 8 decks of cards without the 9 and 10. There are no limits as to the number of players that can join the table.
To play the game, you must place an Ante bet within the given betting time. You can choose from chips 1, 2, 5, 25, 100, 500, and 2x. The dealer will then give each player a face-up card, but the dealer’s second card will be dealt face down.
Once all the players receive their cards, the dealer will reveal his/her downcard. When your hand comprises a value close to 21, then you win the game. If you and the dealer have the same value, the round will result in a Push and your bets will be returned.
Insurance
If the dealer’s up card is an Ace, you can place an Insurance bet. The Insurance Bet amount is equivalent to one half of your main wager. After placing this bet, the dealer will take a look at his/her downcard to see if they reached 21. The game will continue if the dealer doesn’t have a blackjack. But if the dealer has blackjack, the game will end and the dealer wins. The game will end in a Push if you and the dealer both have blackjack. If this is the case, you’ll get your bet back.
Hit or Stand
You will be given a chance to have a better hand when the dealer does not have blackjack by dealing you with better cards. If you checked your cards and don’t have 21, you can choose to Hit so you can be given an additional card that will be added to the value you have. You have the option to hit more than once so long as you don't go over 21, otherwise, you lose. However, if you’re already satisfied with the value, you can choose to Stand.
Split
If your hand consists of a pair of cards with the same value, you have the option to Split them to create two separate hands. Another card will be dealt and you can decide to Hit to improve their value or Stand. Keep in mind that if you Split a pair of Aces, you will be given only one extra card per hand without the option to Hit.
You are allowed to place side bets during the game. Here are the following options for side bets:
